3 Rivers Marinated Pork Tenderloin

- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup light soya sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 lbs pork tenderloins (1 lb each)
Production
- Combine all marinade ingredients with pork in sealable bag and marinate in frig for at least 4 hours.
- Grill tenderloin and reserve marinade for heating as a sauce. Serve with refined mashed potatoes and a salad of your choice
