Pork with peppers and tomatoes
Ingredients:
* 1 kg pork
* 3 pcs of onions
* 2 cloves garlic
* 350 g tomatoes
* 1 pepper, red or green
* 1 piece of dried chili pepper
* 1 dl olive oil
* 3 dl beer
* salt
* 1 piece of bay leaf
* cumin
* oregano
* parsley

Serve with Basmati rice.

Recipe preparation procedure
- Wash the meat, dry it and cut it into cubes.
- Peel an onion and garlic and finely chop.
- Boil the tomatoes in boiling water, peel and cut into pieces.
- Cut the pepper and remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the pieces of meat on all sides. Add salt, finely chopped onion and garlic, let it glaze.
- Add chopped tomatoes and peppers, chili pepper and beer. Season with bay leaf, cumin and oregano.
- Stew in a closed pot for about 1 hour.
- Chop the parsley and mix it into the sauce.
Serve with Basmati rice.
