Sour Cream Pound Cake

2 sticks unsalted butter
3 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
5 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
Cream sugar and butter; add cup of sour cream; add one egg at a time while stirring. Add rest of ingredients. Grease and flour a Bundt Cake ring and distribute mixture uniformly. Bake for 1 hour at 325ºF or until toothpick emerges dry.
