We made this August 9th, 2018 and it was excellent. Used 2 cups of it to make Gazpacho. Better than the canned version!
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds tomatoes, chopped
1/3 large onion, chopped
3 tablespoons chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon chopped celery
3/8 carrot, chopped
1/4 beet
1/8 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/3 clove garlic
2 1/3 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, or to taste (used more)
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
Directions
Blend everything in the blender.
