Harriet Buress Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
2 cups of chicken breast diced and cooked
1 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of cooked rice
3/4 cup of salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 can of water chestnuts sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 to 3 hard boiled eggs sliced
Directions
Mix together and place in a dish top with crushed cornflakes moissed with melted butter or margarine. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
