Dagmar's Cognac Bananas
The sauce
• 2 tablespoons sherry
• 2 tbls water
• 3 egg yolks
• Pinch of salt
• Little bit of flour
Split bananas in half lengthwise; drizzle with rum and let sit for an hour. Coat in batter and fry in hot coconut oil. Roll in powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream.
