Zdenka's Lasagne
Mix two tins crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, oregano and basil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
In skillet brown 2 chopped onions and some garlic. Add 2 lbs of mixed ground meats. Brown the meat until juices evaporated. Add salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 150 minutes.
In a 9 x 13 pan. Put down one layer of meat sauce, then one layer of noodles. Mix ricotta cheese with two eggs, salt and pepper together. Layer on noodles and drizzle with tomato sauce. Another next layer of noodles, mozzarella cheese and little tomato sauce; another layer of noodles and tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Cover for 10 minutes before serving.
