Jednoduchý jahodový koláč s drobenkou
Probably the best of all Kolač recipés...
For the dough:
polohrubá flour 200 g (semi coarse flour)
200 g flour all purpose
80 g icing sugar
salt on the tip of a knife
Vanilla sugar 1 package
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
0.5 packet of yeast
egg yolk 1 piece
oil 100 ml
2 tablespoon brown rum
300 ml milk
Crumb:
polohrubá 160 g flour (semi coarse)
Vanilla sugar 1 package
180 g icing sugar or granulated
120 g butter (crumbles better when not soft)
Next:
strawberries, rhubarb, blueberry, raspberry, what ever you have.
Spray baking sheet with PAM
White on the edges of the dough, glaze with egg white
Preparation:
Flour, sugars, salt, leavening agent into a bowl, toss, we'll make a dent in the middle, crumble the yeast into it that pour over the warm milk, oil, rum and add one egg yolk and mix it and add yeast. We will process all at once to a smooth dough, spread the dough on a greased baking sheet to stretch it across the surface. At the edges of the dough with the beaten whites and then cover the dough with your choice of fruit. Finally, the fruit, sprinkle with crumble, and immediately give the cake to bake into preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown, about 45 minutes. After cooling, cut it, and you can even add sugar before serving.
