Gran’s Pork Sausage Meat Stuffing

Ingredients and Preparation
1 lb Sausage Meat
1 cup fine white breadcrumbs 
Chopped celery
2 tsp Italian Seasoning 
Grated lemon rind
1 egg
Nutmeg
1 tbl chopped parsley
4 rashers of chopped bacon

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and stuff turkey
