Marinade
2 Tbl dijon mustard
3 Tbl oil
1 shot of brandy
1 sprig of rosemary
Pinch of salt
2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 kg low roast beef
2 tbl salt

Preparation
- Mix the marinade if you have bigger peace of beef double the recipe
- Salt and pepper beef and use half marinade and cover the top and sides. Leave i fridge overnight.
- Next day on the frying pan brown beef on all sides
- Heat oven 180 F
- Put other half of marinade all over the top of beef
- Put in oven and roast for 60 to 90 minutes or till temperature of meat is 140 F
- Then in open oven or on the counter let sit for at least for 15-20 minutes . Slice on machine very thin slices it.
