How and incompetent contractor executes
- No evidence of ever having done a roof of this type despite claiming to have done so
- Does not have Lindab instructions
- Has not read Lindab instructions or viewed Lindab instructional video
- Has no idea how to handle/carry Lindab sheets
- Does not have required tools or equipment to install Lindab roof
- Doesn't recognize a self-drilling sheet metal/wood screw
- Does not plan to lay out the roof to ensure spacing and verticality
- Demonstrates questionable behavior over Lindab order and invoices
How and incompetent contractor executes
- Makes completely wrong estimate of lumber required for roof wood
- Does not/cannot estimate lumber required for barn end before ordering and delivering lumber—could have saved at least 500 crowns in delivery charges; included in estimate for roof, but not suitable for barn end
- Makes absolutely no preparation of materials or tools required for day's work
- Does not/cannot estimate amount of lumber impregnation required
- Does not have any safety equipment or safety concept
- Needs three trips to get impregnation
- Need two trips to get nails
- Will use 10 liters of Luxol to coat barn end lumber to cover 32 m^2. Coverage is supposed to be 7 to 11 m^2 per liter for one coat
