Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Grated orange peel
22 dg flour
22 dg sugar
22dkg soft butter
3 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1/3 cup of pineapple juice
Pineapple and maraschino cherries

Whisk together until smooth. First I do 4 eggs with butter and sugar. Then I add flour with baking powder and juice.
On a square baking dish put half a cup of  brown sugar mixed with a quarter cup of melted butter; over the bottom of the dish. Layer pineapple slices on bottom of dish with cherry in middle of each. Pour batter and bake at 350ºF in preheated oven for 35 minutes or more.
