Tandoori Murgh (Chicken)
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
3/4 cup yoghurt
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1 1/2 tsp finely grated ginger
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp graham masala
1/2 tsp ground fenugreek
Directions:
Mix all marinade ingredients together. Cover both sides of chicken breasts with marinade, cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours or overnight. Grill until cooked.
