Best Bublanina Ever
Ingredients
Powdered sugar 250 g
Vanilla sugar 1 piece
Baking powder 1 piece
350 g medium-coarse flour
Oil 200 ml
Eggs 4 pieces
200 ml water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients, pour the batter into the greased baking sheet or on paper. Sprinkle fruit (we can use whatever we have available - cherries, strawberries, raspberries, currants etc.) Larger fruits must be cut into smaller pieces, it fell to the bottom of the roasting pan, but it was nicely spread throughout the dough.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
