Ascoughs' Method for Cooking Foil Wrapped Fish
Use this method for salmon, salmon trout or other fish of similar thickness
Pre-heat grill, maybe to 350 F. Place foil packet(s) of fish so it/they is/are not directly over burners. Cook for about 23 minutes. Do not turn fish over, cook only indirectly from one side.
Should produce excellent results.
- Take piece(s) of heavy duty aluminum foil, large enough to completely wrap fish, and lay on flat surface.
- Spray with Pam
- Lay fish, skin side down, on foil
- Apply fish seasoning over entire surface of fish
- Close foil over seasoned fish so that it is completely sealed
