Pork Tenderloin on Dried Wild Mushrooms
Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins
60 g dried mushrooms
oil
4 tbls butter
pepper
salt
crushed caraway seed
Podradka (vegetable seasoning)

Recipe preparation procedure
* Heat a little oil in a pan, put a salted and lightly peppered tenderloin and fry it until golden. Sprinkle with caraway seed. Transfer to baking dish on top of mushrooms soaking in water.
* Drizzle a little with water into browning skillet and add 4 tbls of butter to get a sauce. We can still add salt to taste.
* Soak the dried mushrooms (60 g) in warm water for half an hour to soften.
* Preheat the oven to 170 ° degrees.
* We place mushrooms and water on the bottom of the baking dish and place a tenderloin on them. Added mushroom seasoning.
* Drizzle with baking juice and bake for about 40 minutes. If the juice seems too thin, you can mix a teaspoon of starch or cornmeal in a little water and slowly add under the meat.
