350 g flour
200g butter
1 egg yolk
50 g sugar powder
4 full tbls ground walnuts
Make dough from ingredients. Split in pieces and into each roll up a nut of your choice. Then form into little hedgehogs with their noses up. 160°C for 15 minutes. Let cool.
Dip body in chocolate and cover in shredded coconut. Dip noses into chocolate and use rest for making the eyes.
