Chicken Marinade
Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli—salt to taste
3 tbls butter
2 1/2 tbls flour
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup extra Sharp Cleese
4 tbls breadcrumbs
1 tbl butter melted
Directions
Parboil broccoli in salted water. Drain. In double boiler, melt butter add flour and stir to blend. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Season. Remove from heat and mix with cheese. Layer broccoli in greased casserole with sauce. Top with crumbs mixed with butter. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
