Apple Cake

Ingredients
4 c grated raw apples
2 c white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c Crisco oil
2 c flour
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp heaping of baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 c chopped nuts

Preparation
Mix apples and sugar and set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients, except nuts. Add apple mixture. Add 1 c chopped nuts. Bake in 13" x 9" cake pan at 350*F for 33 minutes
