Pichavka by Iva Faltova
Onion chopped
Paprika spice
4 tbls shortening or coconut oil or your choice
Vegetable bouillon in 1 cup of water
2 green peppers
2 cups of cubed pichavka
200 mg sour cream
Salt to taste
Flour
1 clove of garlic crushed
Heat oil, add onions and garlic until translucent
Add 1 tsp of paprika. Add the vegetable stock and pichavka. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add peppers and cook until soft/tender. Mix in sour cream, salt and flour to thicken. Mix flour into sour cream first...
Serve over Basmati rice
