Building a Dolls' House
Nancy commissioned this. It required three 4 x 8 sheets of 3/4" MDF, plus a few hours of design and a few more hours of manufacture. Though I say it myself, the fit is as close to CNC machine made as makes no difference. The back roof is not installed to facilitate transport to Nancy and Bryan's abode in Lutz.
Height is just under 7'; width is 50" and depth 24" excluding roof. Weight is a small problem at somewhat over 250 lbs. Not visible are the four swivel casters required to move it around. The painting crew includes Veronica, Jacalin's stepdaughter. Since Nancy could not decide on a color scheme, it is white until she changes it. Bryan plans to cover the roof with mini-shingles; not sure he will still wish to do this when he sees how big it is,
Morgan Sykes is not yet tall enough to see the top floor without steps, but certainly is able to lay down up there, which I hope her parents will forbid absolutely as someone underneath it, if it falls, would be pancaked.
If you feel the need to make a duplicate, I will send you detail drawings...
