Splendid Plum Koláč

Ingredients for Kolač
1 white yoghurt 150 ml 1 sour cream 150 ml 2 cups of semi course flour 1 cup sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp baking powder |
Ingredients for crumble
6 dg butter 6 dg sugar 10 dg Wondra flour 1 packet cinnamon sugar |
Preparation
Mix non-crumble ingredients and spread on baking sheet. Layer with plums or fruit of your choice.
Mix crumble with pastry cutter and spread on top of plums.
Bake in pre–heated oven180°C/350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. When it cools, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
