Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb beef
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbl butter
1 tbl flour
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp mustard
1 onion sliced
3 tbl sour cream
Preparation
Melt half the butter, add the flour and stir until blended. Boil the beef broth and add to mixture until smooth; stir in the mustard. Set aside.
Heat rest of butter in a skillet; add beff and onions quickly to brown both sides.
Add sour cream to sauce and heat for three minutes.
Separate onions from beef and discard. Add meat to sauce and cook until tender.
Serve with flat noodles
