Zucchini in a spicy cheese batter
Ingredients
1 medium zucchini
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs
4 cloves of garlic crushed
teaspoon soy sauce
pinch of chilli
dried thyme
100 g grated cheese
salt
pepper
Vegetable oil
carbonated water for dilution
chives
Preparation
Peel the Zucchini and cut into 1.2 cm circles. Sprinkle with salt and let it rest for a while. Meanwhile, prepare the batter ingredients of all, cheese.
Dry the Zucchini and coat in batter. Batter must be thick enough in order to stick to the zucchini. Fry in oil. Pat dry to remove surplus oil.
