Unbaked almond cookies with egg cream

24 dkg almonds grated
24 dkg sugar
6 squares of chocolate 20 dkg
2 egg whites
2 Tbs of whisky or rum

Small balls roll in sugar and make small dip for cream

Cream: 2 egg yolk
               10dkg sugar
                Vanilla and rum

Whisk till thick and fill little holes and refrigerate to set
