Pork Chops in Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
6 chops
4 garlic cloves
1 bigger onion
2 tablespoons whole mustard
oil
soy sauce
worcester
smooth flour to thicken (or instant roux)
1/2 teaspoon Vegeta
salt
pepper
slice butter
Preparation
Pound the cutlets, cut the edges, salt one side with salt, pepper and spread the other with crushed garlic mixed with a little salt. Fry in a pan in oil (salted and roasted side to prevent the garlic from burning too much), remove and fry the onion cubes in the pan.
Put back the meat, add the mustard and drizzle with soy sauce and worcester. Add half a teaspoon of Vegeta, pour water and stew a little.
Cook with flour mixed in water or stock. It just makes a little bit of sauce. Add a slice of butter to soften.
